"FAMILY AND FRIENDS" - tickets

There is a special ticket available for friends and family of participants. It provides access to the full event. They can choose to buy into tea, coffee and pizza or not to.

Given how prices fluctuate significantly during the span of a day, the prices mentioned here should be used as a reference, for you to understand what is a good deal or not.

Airline loyalty programs

Having checked several airline loyalty programs there are significant savings to be made for those that attend more than two tournaments annually.

Example:

Norwegian gives cashback bonus after having flown 8 flights, but they count connecting flights as individual flights. If you fly 2 roundtrips for two tournaments, that counts as 8 flights and you the cashback bonus.

After doing attending four tournaments in this manner you can choose among several benefits, one of them being free luggage. These bonuses last for 12 months, so if you attend four tournaments a year, or more, you can save significant money.

For those not attending multiple events per year

Strawberry hotels and Norwegian Airlines have a collaboration and we hope this is a means by which we can achieve a better overall deal for all attendees from 2026 to the 2027 expansion event. The more people that attend in 2026 and also use the hotels that we have negotiated, the more hope we have of making a better package deal for hotel+air travel.

In order to ensure everyone gets their food quickly all food items will be clustered according to item at various tables.

While we stagger the lunch times, we still need to organize this so as to avoid queues.

Below are the current three multicolored terrain variants we are printing for the event.

These terrain styles as well as a grey non-painted variant can be bought as add-ons. We pay a commission to the designer and the rest goes towards buying materials needed to build our storage of terrain sets for our tournaments.

NOTE: If we manage to produce more terrain than needed for the tournament, we will package pre-ordered terrain sets before the event. If not than buyers to choose among the terrains sets used at the event and we will package them on sunday. If you want an untouched terrain set and we can`t produce enough prior to the event, you will receive your within 30 days after the event, but you weill have to pay for shipping.

We are limiting the number of available sets to very low numbers to increase the likelyhood we can produce more than we need for the event.
