Event in short - Full event schedule coming further below

Friday: Get your credentials at the hotel.

We will be hosting a social meet and greet at Comfort Hotel Bergen. Here you can get your favourite alcohol, credentials and you can ask questions about the town, event and meet up with other participants. We are looking into more formal content here.

Saturday: Lunch both days will be staggered in order til manage the flow of participants and secure a smooth lunch experience. Link to menu will be posted here and the menu itself will be presented on the payment page.

Dinner is 1,5 hours for all competitions. You can explore the town with friends or you can elect to take part in a group dinner organized for your competition. Bare will open during dinner break.

Bar opens around 1630 in the venue. Pizza from Peppes Pizza arrives at 21:00. Bar closes at 2330.

Sunday: Lunch will be same as saturday. If we get the funds to organize the stream of common closing ceremony this will be around 1610-1620 since the final 40K match is completed at 1545 and then have their turnament awards . We know people want to rush to the airport so we will do this efficiently if we get it scheduled.

Return home

Keep in mind that the venue is a 2 minute walk from the central station and from there you can take either rail or bus straight to the airport. If groups want to take taxi together this can be organized very easily.

Taxi to airport is 15-20 minutes

Bus is 25-30 minutes. Regular buses and the airport bus can be taken at central station. Additional information relating to travel will be posted further down this page.

Rail is 45 minutes

Where to go when landing at the airport and how to get around town

When arriving at the airport you can

1. take taxi to the hotel or

2. Rail to "Torgallmeningen" (City core) or

3. Airport bus/regular bus to the Fish Market.

For options 2-3 it will be a 5 minute walk to Clarion Hotel Admiral or an 8 minute walk to Comfort hotel Bergen.

NOTE: Miniatures are safe at the venue. When you get to the venue on saturday, you can leave them ready at your next table.

When leaving on Sunday it`s a 2-3 minute walk to Central Station where you can travel by any of the three options to the airport

If you are driving to Bergen. You should be parking at Central Station. This has the lowest cost of parking of the major facilities. Note that the Venue also has an underground parking facility and you can park there all weekend if you want.
