The balancing act

In order to make this work we need to adress a numbert of considerations. One being that we don`t want teams getting wiped during the first day. This has consequences for how we assign starting positions for each team. Though increasing the distance between starting teams also increase the time it takes for those teams to meet in combat. This is balanced by how we organize fights for neutral planets.

While we expect the first hours to be manageable, we expect the campaign to get quite crazy as more and more battles occur in parallell. We balance this by team size, our fast battle set up rules and a "Master of Ceremony" who's job it is to manage the strategic table and protect the chronological order of the campaign.

Staying in Bergen

The venue is situated at the very center of the city. Trains and buses from the airport or other cities all have their stop at "Bergen Storsenter" which is within 3 minute walking distance from the venue.

There are restaurants and supermarkets everywhere around the venue, but food and drink can also be pre-ordered at the venue.

Additional room will be made available as needed.

Breakfast is included and you during breakfast you can request a lunchbox and for 168,- nok you can fill the box with food from the breakfast buffè and bring to the venue.

Or you can pre-order food through the webstore and have it served at the venue.

Hotel Clarion Admiral is the one closer to the venue. Tickets for both hotels can be bought through our webstore while purchasing your tickets.

For 2026 we have replaced one hotel so that both our hotels are within 5 minute walking distance of each other
