Please remember to register with BCP before buying your ticket. BCP is how we match players and how points are tracked.

The KillTeam Tournament

A New Annual Tournament at Okeanos Rising

  • Kill Team Approved Ops 2025

  • All KT 3rd edition teams - Classified & De-classified

  • WTC Terrain layout from CYRAC Approved ops 2024

  • Six rounds of swiss pairings

  • 2 hours per game (including off-clock)

  • Pairings: Tour. Points => Path to Victory => Random

  • Placings: Tour. Points => Opp. Game Win % => Victory Points

  • 50 tickets available

  • 600,- nok / 51,- eur appromimately

  • Playerpack on October 10th

  • First register with the event through BCP, then pay for your ticket afterwards.

The tournament will be held in the main hall. This is 750sqm and will host 40K and KillTeam. A separate room next door (155sqm) has been made available in which KillTeam can be held if the numbers are there.

Prizes

These are still being finalized, but we are putting out a preliminary list of prizes. This will be updated.

1st. place: Okeanos Rising KT Tournament Trophy, WTC Tournament Terrain set, Free ticket for Okeanos rising 2027 "TBD", Diploma

2nd. place: WTC Tournament Terrain set , "TBD", Diploma

Last placing: "Surprise"

Streaming at the event

For this event we are planning for both internal and extermal streaming.

We intend to stream one or more top tables. It will take some time to acquire an appreciation of the technical issues, scale and cost.

Event and ticket information

  • Coffee and tea is included with all ticket purchases

  • Lunch can be pre-ordered through our webstore. Pre-orders must be made more than 14 days prior to the event

  • Catering for lunch is currently being worked on - menu will be made available no later than october 10th. We are discussing menu content and pictures etc.

  • Dinner: Looking at setting up a restaurant reservation for those that would like a group solution.

  • As with Okeanos Rising 2025, we are looking at offering pizza from Peppes Pizza at 2100 along with the bar

  • All ticket revenue go towards paying for venue.

    NOTE:

    If you drop from the 2026 event, you ticket will be moved to the 2027 event and you will have a free ticket there regardless of price. You will also be given free tickets to all our local events. We'll change this policy if we manage to get additional funding from private sector. Otherwise we will be running a deficit for 2026.

    For 2027 we are hoping to have our budget sorted to such a degree that we can offer complete refunds for anyone, but for 2026 we are currently operating with a significant deficit.

    We ask for understanding in this policy, as we try to make the event economically self-sufficient.

Ticket Insurance: Checkin does offer ticket insurance for a small fee. If you fear you might miss out and don't simply want you ticket moved to the next event. This is a good option. As stated, we will start providing full refunds on request as soon as the event is solvent (2027 hopefully). For 2026 we will be running with a deficit regardless of ticket sales.

For 2026 we have replaced one hotel so that both our hotels are within 5 minute walking distance of each other

For Okeanos Rising 2026 we have continued our partnership with Strawberry Hotels.

We have reserved 45 rooms at the two hotels. Both run by Strawberry hotels. The rooms are available through the webstore while buying your tickets to the event.

They will remain available until mid-january. Any rooms not reserved at that time will be returned to the hotels.

The rooms are either "Single" or "Double". If you are coming with a group of friends and you wish to share a larger "suite", contact us at contact@okeanos-rising.com and we will attempt to get your group an offer on the requested accommodation.

Staying in Bergen

Hotel Clarion Admiral is the one closer to the venue. Tickets for both hotels can be bought through our webstore while purchasing your tickets.

The venue is situated at the very center of the city. Trains and buses from the airport or other cities all have their stop at "Bergen Storsenter" which is within 3 minute walking distance from the venue.

There are restaurants and supermarkets everywhere around the venue, but food and drink can also be pre-ordered at the venue.

Additional room will be made available as needed.

Breakfast is included and you during breakfast you can request a lunchbox and for 168,- nok you can fill the box with food from the breakfast buffè and bring to the venue.
